IR35

Are you inside IR35 or outside it?  The difference in tax payable can be considerable, and if HMRC thinks that you have got it wrong the demands that they make can be quite frightening.  The tests are not easy to administer, and our view is that it is not reasonable to expect people who have been forced to set up their own companies to know the answers.
